What’s the Deal with Nomes?

If you’re on the grind for 100% completion in Little Nightmares 3, you can’t skip the Nomes. These little cone-hatted creatures are a specific collectible found only in Chapter 3: The Carnevale.

There are six of them in total, and you need to find and hug every single one to unlock the “Home Sweet Nome” achievement. They’re often hidden in plain sight or tucked away behind a small puzzle. Let’s find them all.

Ready to get hugging? Here’s where to find every Nome in The Carnevale.

Nome 1: The Oven Room

This one is super easy to find. Early in the chapter, after you drop into a narrow hallway, head through the door on the right. You’ll need to hit a button to get a fuse. The first Nome is standing right there in front of the oven, waiting for a hug.

Nome 2: The Power Sculpture Room (Left Side)

You’ll eventually reach a large room where you need to restore power to move a giant sculpture. Before you do anything with the sculpture, go check behind the ladder on the left side of the room. The second Nome is peeking out from behind it.

Nome 3: The Power Sculpture Room (Right Side)

Stay in the same room for this next one. After you’ve turned the power on, cross over to the right side of the area where the main lever is. The third Nome is sitting right next to this lever. You can’t miss it.

Nome 4: The Shelf-and-Chain Chase

This one’s a little trickier. In the area with the big shelf you have to climb, you’ll find a doll. Near there, you need to open a drawer. A Nome will get scared and run out. You have to chase it down past a chair to its final hiding spot to give it a hug.

Nome 5: The Piano Room

Keep moving through the dark corridors until you find a room with a large piano. To find this Nome, you need to solve a little puzzle. Interact with the piano and press all the keys. This will open up a secret room, and the fifth Nome will pop out and wait for you right next to the piano.

Nome 6: The Room Across the Hall

The final Nome is close by. After finding the one in the piano room, head back out into the hallway and go into the room directly opposite the piano room. The last Nome is waiting for you inside. Hugging this one will unlock the “Home Sweet Nome” achievement.
